Pre-Order Terms & Refund Policy

The Founding Supporter pre-sale lets you purchase a Homefront Hub care package today that will ship during our first production run. You are buying a real product — not joining a waitlist — and your payment is collected at checkout to reserve your place in that run.

The first 100 pre-orders receive 10% off the regular price of their chosen box, priority fulfillment, an exclusive Founding Supporter gift, and early access to future releases. Once all 100 founding spots are claimed, the pre-sale closes and regular pricing applies at launch.

We estimate your care package will ship within 8–12 weeksof your order. This is an estimate for a first production run and may shift; if we expect a meaningful delay, we'll email you and give you the choice to keep your order or receive a full refund. We'll email tracking information as soon as your box ships.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason, as long as your box has not yet shipped. To request a refund, email hello@homefronthub.net with your order number and we'll process it back to your original payment method.

After 14days, or once your box has shipped, orders are final. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. You'll provide your shipping address securely at checkout. Please double-check it — we ship to the address you provide.

If you choose the donate option, we deliver your box to a deployed service member through our network — no shipping address is needed from you. You'll receive updates and a confirmation when your donated box ships. Donated boxes follow the same pricing, shipping window, and refund policy as regular pre-orders. Homefront Hub is an independent business, not a registered charity, so donated boxes are a purchase, not a tax-deductible donation.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Homefront Hub never sees or stores your full card details. Your order details are stored securely and used only to fulfill and support your order.
